This is a compensated review by BlogHer and Intel.
Having a brand new laptop has been so great! I am thrilled with the speed and how this new processor with the Intel chip makes my blogging life easier. You know how it is when a computer can’t keep up?! That’s not a problem with my fancy new machine.
My little office nook gets a good workout every single day! You can see here that it’s not picture perfect all the time. There’s work to be done. 🙂
As I mentioned, I do a lot of photo editing. That is a breeze and the speed is lightening fast. Connection speed is great, as well as getting things done in a timely manner. I also use my computer to store spreadsheets, do Word documents and definitely needed the storage space for my thousands of pics that I have saved. Those pics need lots of room to spread out.
I also do some room consultations and need to be able to move around the web, gathering pics and getting ideas saved. I can open lots of windows and switch back and forth with the sweep of my mouse. I love that this computer has twice the memory that my little netbook has. It’s definitely going to keep me on task with blogging and other areas of my life.
This cool feature would be great to use for movies, checking out family pics online. Can you imagine sharing your family photos on a big screen like this?
Now, after sharing how the laptop has improved my work life balance, you know the great news! I’ll be giving away a $250 Best Buy giftcard for ONE of my readers. I’m so excited to share this with all of you and can’t wait to see someone else benefit from the giveaway.

I totally and completely love my new laptop!

The Intel® Hyper-Threading Technology would allow me to mult-task with out freezing up the computer!
Well, hopefully I could get things done on the computer faster so I could get up off my butt and do things around the house I need to do! 🙂
What a beautiful office to work in at home; i especially like the brocade wall and shelf that looks like a fireplace mantle. Nothing like making a focal point be the center of attention. Please include me in the race for the Best Buy gift card. They have the staff who knows their stuff and I’m always impressed with the quality of their new tech equipment. This Intel i5 looks like a good buy for those who work with a lot of graphics or games.
I would be able to get things done faster online so I could concentrate more on household chores.
It would make everything just generally faster and easier and BETTER! 😀

These new processors are lightening fast. I would love have one.
I would be able to encode video faster.
I do a lot of multi-tasking, and I waste a lot of time waiting… for formulas to update, spreadsheets to sort, pivot tables to refresh, files to up/download, programs to run, backups, etc. Having a faster processor would literally give me more hours in a day! HAHA
