Rhoda, heart and home mean everything to my family. My sister turned me on to your blog and I’ve gotten such pleasure sharing in your life. You have such a way of being creative and and seeing things “with new eyes” to create such beauty and comfort. I’d like the book as inspiration of course as I feather my nest. Hope you enjoyed the beach! I actually don’t have a decorating book yet. Hard to believe but true. What I want to learn more about is wall decor, rugs and window treatments. Thanks for entering me.

Oh, Better Homes and Gardens has a calendar for 2009 about Beach Living that sounds really great, you can check it out via my link.

Have fun…I’ve not been down there in literally decades.

I’d LOVE to do more for our bedroom and den…I’m not happy at all with our BR…no headboard (waiting 4 yrs now on that)and the comforter was a gift..but SOOO not our style…but there’s a pesky money thing. I have the den in my mind…we’ll see what I can evolve over the winter for it..

LOVE the book!

Bring me to the beach too! I miss the beach! My biggest problem is accessorizing…never know if it’s too much or not enough.

I would love to learn more about exuding a home-i-ness all around our home! So often we just feel kid-i-fied – glimpses of home-i-ness – but mostly kid-i-fied!Sweet blessings!

I need to work on color schemes. I would use it to get ideas about colors that work.

Love your blog and want to learn as much as possible about translating aspects of what I see in decorating books and magazines into my home, especially learning about scale, balance and color and light. I also want to learn how to edit accessories.
