I love all kinds of bread! But my favorite has to be pumpkin bread. Of course a good crusty bread with dipping sauce is also pretty good! Thanks for hosting!

I love baking bread myself, and would enjoy that book! I tried out the “no-knead bread” that’s been going around the internet, but have had mixed results. Maybe I could learn something from this author!

BTW, I have a small giveaway going on at my fledgling blog. Would love some more players!

I love all types of bread, but love sourdough the most. My husband is from Bosnia and his family is all big bread eaters.

Books and bread, what more could one ask for?

I have several favorites, but for me nothing beats a challah bread – especially when you’ve just made french toast with it. A nice warm challah, with a splash of butter, so yum. I’ve yet to try to make one, but I hope to one day! Thanks for the chance to win!

I,too, love crusty bread dipped in EVO with italian spices. THe book sounds intriguing. Making bread is on my “bucket list”. Thanks.

I love a whole wheat peasant bread with some seeds in it like sesame, sunflower, wheat berries, etc. Great with real butter.

Rhoda, just picked up a loaf of Asiago Cheese Bread at Panera …it is our favorite.

My trip to Italy enabled my initial love for dipping oils and that was umpteen years ago. I love most any hard crust, soft center bread but particularly enjoy a good Italian or French. On the sweet side, the Mexican or Spanish pan can’t be beat! Oh, heck, I’ll give it up…I’ve never met a bread I didn’t like!!

I love bread! I’m still working to perfect my homemade freshly ground whole wheat. I can’t get it quite right. I can’t imagine documenting all my attempts and failures. I bet this is quite a read. Thanks for sharing.

Without a moment of hesitation…sourdough. But I love so many kinds of breads. I love a hearty multi-grain bread that my daughters call “birdseed bread”. I have to restrain from keeping much bread on hand, because I eat it with so little control. My sister & niece have gone on a gluten free diet. My sister suggested that I give up wheat also. I would give up chocolate first!

I have a friend who recently turned me onto the “How to make artisan bread in 5 minutes a day” and boy have we been making some fresh bread! Of all kinds! And it is delish and easy and makes the house smell good. Maybe we will have to bake you a loaf and run around the corner and up the street:)…

I love bread! One that has really got my mouth watering lately is Cranberry Sunflower bread that is served at a local restaurant in our town. Yum!

Looks like a great read…I love the idea that he is taking “scratch” all the way back! Fingers Crossed! My favorite is sour dough bread!

The books sounds really good. I would enjoy reading it. Can’t wait to see a room redo for $165 so much fun! My favorite bread is a multigrain bread with sunflowers seeds. So yummy toasted, butter and a cup of tea!
