The Winner is:  #18 Linda

Did you hear the big news?

Annie_Sloan_Tour_Banner

Annie Sloan is here in the U.S. and is making her way around the country, teaching workshops on how to use her famous Annie Sloan chalk paint in her first ever North American tour!  As a new user of Annie Sloan chalk paint, I can tell you I have really enjoyed using it on furniture.  So far, I’ve painted curtain rods and my sister’s orange craft table (which I’ll be sharing the finale of later this week).  The paint is great and I love working with it. Especially now that I’ve got the wax part down pat.

I have been hearing she is coming to Atlanta and it sounded like an exciting event.  It’s an all day event next week (from 8:30 to 5:00 pm), on March 29th, down in Peachtree City, just south of Atlanta.  Tickets include breakfast and lunch and all the workshop materials.

There is still time to sign up for the workshop if you are in Georgia or any surrounding areas.  I know it’s going to be so much fun!

Are you ready for the excitement?!

I can hardly wait to tell you this one!

Time_For_The_Annie_Sloan_Tour_Giveaway_Pic_1

Annie Sloan Unfolded, the international distributor for Annie Sloan Chalk paint and Robyn Story Designs, one of the premier Annie Sloan stockists in Florida (who will be helping teach the workshop), is giving away a fabulous prize package that you are going to be over the moon excited about!

OK…..I am about to die because I’m getting a free ticket to attend the workshop here in Atlanta AND get this….

One of YOU will get a ticket too!

What is up for grabs?  Everything in the picture above including 2 quarts of Annie Sloan paint, clear and dark wax, brushes, those beautiful knobs, colorcharts, gilding wax AND MORE!

Can you still enter even if you can’t come to the Atlanta workshop?  YES, you can!  IF the initial winner drawn can come to the workshop, they will get the prize package AND the free ticket to the workshop.

If that person cannot come to the workshop, I’ll draw another winner for the ticket giveaway only.  Does that make sense??  I promise, it will be fair to all!

Here’s how you can win, leave a comment for each one:

  1. Leave a comment on this post and tell me IF you can attend the workshop here in Atlanta on March 29th and WHY you are so excited about going to the Annie Sloan workshop?
  2. Go and visit Robyn’s blog, look at the Annie Sloan paint colors and tell me which one you are dying to try?

That’s it!  I’ll leave the comments open through the weekend and choose a winner late Saturday evening.

Check out Annie Sloan Unfolded for the retailer nearest you!

I would love to visit Atlanta for my birthday! an added bonus to get to attend the Annie Sloan class. I think my favorite color is Versailles and I also like Aries. In fact I don’t think there is a color that I don’t love. Hope to see you there.

The colors are beautiful! My daughter is the artist in the family..but I could get into this!

Thanks for the chance to win a spot in class! If I win I might be nice enough to relinquish my spot to my sweet daughter..she gets so emotional about these things..opportunities ..in art.

    Thanks again,

YES! YES! YES, p,ease! I am in Alabama and WILL be able to attend the conference and I would LOVE to try the paint in French Linen or Provence! I haven’t been able to afford the paint and was scared to make the investment without knowing how to use it. This is a wonderful win-win!!

We’ll be meeting you in Atlanta, as we are already attending the event…CAN. NOT. WAIT. My very lovey friend, Jessica from Stellar Junk, would love love love to be able to attend, however!

We exclusively use ASCP, and we’ve used just about every color…but I’d love some Scandinavian Pink and how about some Napoleonic Blue? (not to be used to together, I promise!)

Looking forward to meeting you in Atlanta!

I can not attend the workshop since I live in Texas but would love to try the chalk paint on a table and 4 chairs my brother-in-law built for me for my patio.I have been holding off buying a paint and maybe this is the reason why….

Oh how I wish I could attend the workshop but it is just not possible. We are redoing my daughter’s room and I found a great drop front desk that needs a little help. Graphite would fit in with her plans perfectly.
