Hey, friends! I love going to the annual Country Living Fair here in Atlanta at Stone Mountain every year for the past few years and realized I’ve missed the last 2 years. Â Last year was too busy with our recent move. Â But, I’m happy that I’ll be going again this year on Friday and I will definitely take you all along on that visit. Â It’s always inspiring and invigorating to be outside on a crisp Fall day taking in all the vintage goodness that the fair offers. Â One of my local friends, Jill, will be going with me and I know we will have fun.
I’m so happy to be able to offer two tickets today to the Country Living fair here in Atlanta, October 26-28, 2018. Â This is a pair of tickets, so you can take a friend with you.
If you live in the area and have never been, it’s truly a treat.
They always have this epic pumpkin pile in the middle of the field where people can gather and take pics. Â We always take pics around this pumpkin pile and what a feat this must be to pile up this many pumpkins!
The vintage vendors are so interesting and fun to look at and there are so many things you can shop for. Â I don’t need much of anything at my house, so I’ll be mostly browsing, but I have picked up jewelry and small things there before.
There is something for all tastes, if you love vintage finds.
In 2014, I had the pleasure of being asked to speak on the main stage and I shared a presentation on my previous house and how I used second hand finds to furnish it. Â It was so fun to meet some of my readers and get a chance to share my passion for decorating on a budget. Â I still have some of these pieces and use many of them in my current house. Â I do love me some vintage finds!

I love the colors of fall leaves!
I love the lower temperatures and football season.
I love fall because the cooler air, the smell of fires, pumpkins and being cozy. It reminds me of transition and how important it is to be flexible and “ready in season and out to give a good word”
My favorite thing about fall this year will be going to the Country Living Fair with my daughter in Atlanta if I should win these tickets. Getting to see my daughter’s house at this stage of the rebuilding/renovating stage would be a big plus! We’re dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Michael here while she’s still dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Irma destroying 75% of her home last year. The Fair would be a welcome break and with a little luck maybe we’ll get to meet you there.

Finally, fall is here in the south and along with it come cooler temperatures. I love being able to be outside and enjoy the beauty of the Atlanta area and not be sweating with the high humidity of summer time. Stone Mountain is especially enjoyable this time of year – beautiful place to see the wonders of nature.

I Love God’s rainbow of colors that the fall brings and the country Fairs remind me of a simpler time growing up.
My favorite time of the year is fall. The colorful leaves, the pumpkin candles, campfires and smores, holidays approaching and cooler weather are some of the things I love about fall.

I love FALL because of the beautiful colors and cooler weather. My daughter and a friend are going to the show and I would love to give them the tickets. My daughter has a new baby and it will give her a change of scenery in a beautiful setting. Her friend lost her husband 1 year ago so this is an opportunity for her to have a little fun. I’m not able to go due to health issues but I know it will be wonderful!!
Just last night I was online checking the schedule for the County Living Fail this year. There as so many things I love about Fall. The cool crisp evening air, the colors of the leaves and especially that my grass quits growing and I can put the lawnmower to rest or a couple of months.
I LOVE EVRYTHING ABOUT FALL…THE LEAVES CHANGING COLOR…CIDER…PUMPKINS…PUMPKIN SPICE ANYTHING…THE TEMPERATURE. THIS IS MY FAVORITE SEASON.
EVERyTHING from the pumpkins to knowing that the Christmas Holidays are just around the corner! Time for slowing down, enjoying family and friends, sweet smells from the kitchen and that cozy feeling of being home.
Fall is my favorite season. I especially love the decorations.
