Fashion over 50: Separates & More

I’m back this week with some more sales to share for Fashion over 50. I do get a thrill shopping sales and can’t help myself when I see some deals I can’t pass up. I’ve bought a few more things from Chico’s recently and here are a few things I found that caught my eye as well, even though I didn’t buy everything, I did splurge on a few things. Read on below for some good sales from Chico’s and Loft. I’m a sales shopper for sure and never pay full price for anything I buy!

This time of year is a great time to wear layers and I love a good jacket and sweater. The above sweaters are perfect for layering when it’s chilly in the morning and warms up in the afternoon. That’s what we are currently getting here in Georgia. There’s a good selection of sale pants too from skinnies to wider legs. I did buy a pair of faux leather leggings from Loft (on sale for $29.99, pictured in the collage on the left bottom. Haven’t gotten them in yet. I’ve seen a lot of gals wearing them and they are fun, so I got a pair. I ordered a Medium because I don’t want them too tight and they should be good to take on trips. You can find all the links below in the shopping widget (affiliate links). See that pretty caramel leather jacket? I bought that too and had to send back the Small and get a Medium. It’s from Quince and if you’re in the market for a pretty leather jacket, this one is gorgeous. I can’t wait to get the bigger size in, it ran a little small. Everything above is on sale too!

I wanted to share this pretty outfit from Chico’s with you. The sailboat cardigan (in just my colors!) was gifted by them, as well as the pants, but I bought the tank top that goes with it. I love this spring ensemble and it will be fun to wear traveling too. These pull on jeans are very stretchy and comfy too. I got these in a .5 (size 6) instead of size 0 that I usually get and they fit just right. Those navy suede block heel pumps were on sale from Talbot’s a month ago, but they are gone now. I really love them too. All of these pieces are on sale as well.

Chico’s also has great jewelry and there’s a good sale going on now too so I’ve stocked up on some gold pieces. With my skintone, gold actually looks better on me, so I’m trying to add more gold tone jewelry and I love these stacking bracelets, so I ordered several. I also got some great earrings for $6, but they sold out quickly.

These bracelets are currently on sale for 3 for $49, which is a good deal I think. Their jewelry is very nice quality. Check out the jewelry sale, you stack these and have fun with them. / Navy & gold stretch bracelet.

This is a random share, but I keep forgetting to share this frying pan with you. The brand is Altenbach and it’s a German company. This stainless steel 5-ply technology non-stick pan is really great. They gifted me this frying pan a few months ago and I’ve been using it ever since. If you’re looking for a new one, I would recommend this one. I don’t even have to add oil or anything to cook pancakes. It really is non-stick and cleans up so well.

That’s all for today, thanks for stopping by!

Love all of your suggestions. I’m looking for the top few decorator fabric/upholstery stores ini the Atlanta area. I know you mentioned some a year ago in a post.
    Thanks,

HI, Marilyn, on my side of town I always go to Fabric & Fringe Warehouse on Canton Rd. There’s also a smaller one called Fringe Benefits, this is where I get my curtains made and they have fabric too. Near Atlanta there is Forsyth Fabrics and Lewis & Sheron on the same street, so look those up for some serious fabric choices.

Love your outfit. Very pretty on you. Also, can’t help but notice the planters behind you. Can you tell me where you bought them? Thanks!

Me & my husband visited Franklin, Tennessee..I was thrilled to go to Chico’s there. I did buy a beautiful gold tone necklace (on sale). That outfit looks great on you! Thanks for sharing your sales with us. Happy Leap Day!
