I’m back today with Part 2 of the Atlanta Symphony Showhouse tour. It’s breathtaking, so if you missed Part 1, go back and catch up. I’m not going to get too wordy in this post and hoping that I’m remember which rooms are which so that I can credit the designers. This is ONE BIG HOUSE!
This is the upper hallway designed by Smith Boyd Interiors. I actually went on a thrifting trip with these guys that I’ll be sharing soon. Very talented guy, Michel Smith Boyd.
Harmonious Living Bedroom space by Tish Mills,a beautiful retreat furnished by Ballard Designs.
Of course, I love Ballard Designs, so recognized a lot of their pieces in here.
Master Bath and Dressing Room, designed by Clay Snider Interiors and Design Galleria Kitchen and Bath Studio.
This space was incredible, I just kept taking pics of all this gorgeous marble. Everywhere! Beautiful marble!
What a tub this is? Can you imagine a master bath this big?
The shower sort of floats in the middle of the room with glass walls. All I can think of is how hard it would be to keep all that glass clean.
But it sure is beautiful!
Master closet/dressing room
Master Bedroom designed by Traci Rhoads Interiors
I think this is the master sitting room, designed by Jimmy Stanton.
Outdoor terrace right outside the master suite, designed by Parker Kennedy Living. Loved this space, so retro and fun and funky.
I talked to the designers and they use a lot of vintage furniture and repurpose it. All of of DIYers already know that trick! So pretty!
I think this is another Guest Retreat room designed by Th. e Mercantile
Guest Retreat Bath, designed by Bryan Alan Kirkland with Michael Grant Jones.
Lots of Radiant Orchid in this space, the color of the year.
The outdoor loggia area was designed by Habachy Designs and Design Galleria Kitchen and Bath Studio
Check out this fun floating light fixture!
That’s the second part of the tour and I hope you enjoyed every bit of it. I certainly did!
For lots more information, check out the Atlanta Symphony website with all the details on each of the 30 designers. The house is open from April 26 to May 18, so if you are in the Atlanta area, I’d highly recommend taking the tour.Â
I am so happy that you are sharing this magnificent home with us….I would have loved to visit; however, commitments get in the way…I am bookmarking these posts so I can take my time and scroll and scroll through the beauty of this home!…Just stunning and exquisite….Thanks Rhoda…and have a great weekend!
Very pretty but it is not my style a little to elegant.
What a stunning home, thank you for sharing! FYI, the issue of not receiving emails has been resolved for me by signing up through Bloglovin.
GASP! It’s all incredibly stunning!! The designers did an excellent job of mixing old and new in these spaces. I’d love to see it in person!
Can you imagine calling this place home? Beautiful…….. Thank you for showing it. Nice to see how the other half lives. 🙂
It’s impossible to choose a favorite, it’s all so luxurious and beautiful. However, that dressing room and closet area is gorgeous!
Hello My Beautiful Friend Rhoda…I’m going to say Happy Mothers Day to you today because you are a Blog Mother to so many of us. What an inspiration you are….truly!!!
I’m sorry I haven’t commented the past few months….but it’s been INSANE for me (surgery, then a quick move to Washington, DC–we’ll be here for 4 more months, then return to Huntsville in September–I’ll email more details)….but I wanted to say Happy Mothers Day to you AND thank you for sharing the fantastic GAW-JUS show house! I used to cover a ton of those for newspapers/magazines….but I never, ever tire of seeing the original details of each new one as they are always amazing! And this one…all that marble….the bathroom…ohmyheavensohmyheavensohmyheavens….. 😉
Love/hugs/blessings,
Lana
What an amazing house, it must have taken ages to get through it all, so much to take in and absorb. The bathroom is incredible, I just love the marble floor and unusual fittings.
Thank you for sharing this wonderful home with us.
