Organize Your Home with HomeZada

{Giveaway  is Closed}

The Winner is #58:  Debby

HomeZada is the digital hub of everything for your home, for managing, budgeting, forecasting, and and tracking all your home improvement projects and even inventory for your home, as well as home maintenance calendars.

I know from personal experience on this home remodel how important it is to have everything in one spot. I can’t tell you all the scraps of paper with written notes, phone numbers, and research I have from my home renovation that is just scattered around and not at all organized. It will be nice to get it all in one spot. All your home improvement plans in one digital place online, how great would that be to track?

HomeZada reminds you of your home checklists, when to do things and even sends you alerts when they are do. I so need something like this for my home and I’m sure I’m not alone. Keeping track of all those home maintenance items on our to-do list can keep us all busy. They even break it down by seasons of Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer maintenance items.

Home

The inventory page is really cool. Do you have a record of everything in your house and how much you paid for it for insurance purposes? Yeah, me neither! HomeZada has pages of home inventory items and you can go into each room in your house and update every item in the inventory list.

If and when you ever have an insurance claim, you’ll have everything at your fingertips.

Projects

What better way to get organized this Fall than having a digital site all ready for you to try out. HomeZada’s basic membership is free, so you can take advantage of all of those things without paying a thing, including the inventory manager, property assets lists, and seasonal maintenance checklists. Or you can upgrade to the Premium membership for $9.95 a month or $99 per year and that includes a personalized property calendar, home improvement projects flow, and up to 3 properties.

And today, HomeZada is going to give away a FREE Premium membership to ONE of my readers. If getting your home organized sounds like something you need to do too (tell me I’m not alone!), then just leave a comment telling me which part of HomeZada you’d most look forward to using? Click over to that page to see all the benefits.

Is it the Home Improvement Projects area or Seasonal Maintenance checklist? or one of the other benefits?

We all could use help with organizing the home and HomeZada is definitely a good place to start. And the best thing, it’s not cluttering up files, but it’s all stored online and you can access it from your computer or smart phone.

{Disclosure:  HomeZada compensated me to review and do a giveaway for their online home organization tool.  They didn’t tell me what to say or how to say it and all opinions are my own.  I share giveaways, products, and ideas  that I think my readers will enjoy.}

    Keeping track of valuable items in my home for insurance purposes would be great! We had a camera stolen while on vacation.
    When we came home we were unable to find our paperwork with the serial number and other important info. It was a big headache!!!! and because we purchased through Costco they didn’t keep track of the serial number along with our purchase. Other camera retailers do. I also love the home maintenance alerts. It would help us keep up on all the tasks needed to for our home to stay in top notch shape!!

    I love it all, but after going through two total losses to fire an a tornado, I’d love the inventory portion.

    The Alert feature would be a lifesaver to keep me on track with everything else I’m trying not to forget!

    I like the convenience of having everything all organized on my home computer as well as the seasonal reminders of things to do! I am in the process right now of trying to decrease the amount of paper and receipts I have collected over the past 20 years or so and that is involving scanning them and organizing them on my computer. Also, I have always wanted to do a home inventory for insurance purposes, but have never gotten around to it and it sounds like this software will make it much easier. Thanks for this opportunity!

    I would love this! I am a new homeowner, and it’s all a little overwhelming. Having one place to organize it all would be amazing. I’m especially drawn to the seasonal maintenance tool.

    It’s hard to decide which module I would like to have most – they all look so good. But if I have to decide, the home projects would have to be it! I have just moved into an old house and have lots of projects I want to do. Sometimes it gets overwhelming and I have a tendency to forget or put off because I can’t grasp the whole project and where it should fall into the priority list. Keeping me on target would be fabulous!!!!!!

    I just finished a complete redo of our master bathroom which was finished about 4 weeks before my daughter’s wedding. I was so organized on everything for the wedding because I kept it in a notebook in one place. I sure wish I had HomeZada to keep everything for the house that organized.
