Organize Your Home with HomeZada

{Giveaway  is Closed}

The Winner is #58:  Debby

HomeZada is the digital hub of everything for your home, for managing, budgeting, forecasting, and and tracking all your home improvement projects and even inventory for your home, as well as home maintenance calendars.

I know from personal experience on this home remodel how important it is to have everything in one spot. I can’t tell you all the scraps of paper with written notes, phone numbers, and research I have from my home renovation that is just scattered around and not at all organized. It will be nice to get it all in one spot. All your home improvement plans in one digital place online, how great would that be to track?

ceo-home-ap-3

HomeZada reminds you of your home checklists, when to do things and even sends you alerts when they are do. I so need something like this for my home and I’m sure I’m not alone. Keeping track of all those home maintenance items on our to-do list can keep us all busy. They even break it down by seasons of Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer maintenance items.

Home

The inventory page is really cool. Do you have a record of everything in your house and how much you paid for it for insurance purposes? Yeah, me neither! HomeZada has pages of home inventory items and you can go into each room in your house and update every item in the inventory list.

If and when you ever have an insurance claim, you’ll have everything at your fingertips.

Projects

What better way to get organized this Fall than having a digital site all ready for you to try out. HomeZada’s basic membership is free, so you can take advantage of all of those things without paying a thing, including the inventory manager, property assets lists, and seasonal maintenance checklists. Or you can upgrade to the Premium membership for $9.95 a month or $99 per year and that includes a personalized property calendar, home improvement projects flow, and up to 3 properties.

And today, HomeZada is going to give away a FREE Premium membership to ONE of my readers. If getting your home organized sounds like something you need to do too (tell me I’m not alone!), then just leave a comment telling me which part of HomeZada you’d most look forward to using? Click over to that page to see all the benefits.

Is it the Home Improvement Projects area or Seasonal Maintenance checklist? or one of the other benefits?

We all could use help with organizing the home and HomeZada is definitely a good place to start. And the best thing, it’s not cluttering up files, but it’s all stored online and you can access it from your computer or smart phone.

{Disclosure:  HomeZada compensated me to review and do a giveaway for their online home organization tool.  They didn’t tell me what to say or how to say it and all opinions are my own.  I share giveaways, products, and ideas  that I think my readers will enjoy.}

    Just had a water leak in my kitchen that is resulting in a complete kitchen remodel. This would be great to help me keep organized.

    The inventory page. We are in Colorado and our town is one of many that has been hit with wildfires this year. There are insurance nightmare stories out there of not having proper documentation of all that was lost and therefore not being reimbursed. Very scary!

    I could definitely use all of it, but especially the home inventory. We had a break in to our garage & what a disaster trying to figure out what was missing for the police report.

    I have looked at and used several organizational tools in my time. This system for home maintenance really is very complete and I think overall it will help me the most in making sure routine tasks are not missed, along with the bonus that if your home and equipment are maintained on a “preventative maintenance” schedule in the long run you save a lot of cash spent on repairs and replacement. Thank you for sharing this product!

    Wow- I had no idea something like this existed. I *really* need the home inventory manager! My husband and I just bought our first house together and in buying items for the new house and combining all of our assets we could really use something like this to keep track of what is in the house.

    I would love the household inventory. Used to keep it up on a Word document, but am woefully out of date!
