Organize Your Home with HomeZada

{Giveaway  is Closed}

The Winner is #58:  Debby

HomeZada is the digital hub of everything for your home, for managing, budgeting, forecasting, and and tracking all your home improvement projects and even inventory for your home, as well as home maintenance calendars.

ceo-home-ap-2

I know from personal experience on this home remodel how important it is to have everything in one spot. I can’t tell you all the scraps of paper with written notes, phone numbers, and research I have from my home renovation that is just scattered around and not at all organized. It will be nice to get it all in one spot. All your home improvement plans in one digital place online, how great would that be to track?

ceo-home-ap-3

HomeZada reminds you of your home checklists, when to do things and even sends you alerts when they are do. I so need something like this for my home and I’m sure I’m not alone. Keeping track of all those home maintenance items on our to-do list can keep us all busy. They even break it down by seasons of Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer maintenance items.

Home

The inventory page is really cool. Do you have a record of everything in your house and how much you paid for it for insurance purposes? Yeah, me neither! HomeZada has pages of home inventory items and you can go into each room in your house and update every item in the inventory list.

If and when you ever have an insurance claim, you’ll have everything at your fingertips.

Projects

What better way to get organized this Fall than having a digital site all ready for you to try out. HomeZada’s basic membership is free, so you can take advantage of all of those things without paying a thing, including the inventory manager, property assets lists, and seasonal maintenance checklists. Or you can upgrade to the Premium membership for $9.95 a month or $99 per year and that includes a personalized property calendar, home improvement projects flow, and up to 3 properties.

And today, HomeZada is going to give away a FREE Premium membership to ONE of my readers. If getting your home organized sounds like something you need to do too (tell me I’m not alone!), then just leave a comment telling me which part of HomeZada you’d most look forward to using? Click over to that page to see all the benefits.

Is it the Home Improvement Projects area or Seasonal Maintenance checklist? or one of the other benefits?

We all could use help with organizing the home and HomeZada is definitely a good place to start. And the best thing, it’s not cluttering up files, but it’s all stored online and you can access it from your computer or smart phone.

{Disclosure:  HomeZada compensated me to review and do a giveaway for their online home organization tool.  They didn’t tell me what to say or how to say it and all opinions are my own.  I share giveaways, products, and ideas  that I think my readers will enjoy.}

    We are a busy household with everyone going in different directions. I have had to be very organized since I am the ringmaster of the three-ring-circus! We have foster children with lots of appointments and activites. This program would be very beneficial in the daily running of our home. Would love to receive this gift!!

    What a fantastic product. I would definitely love the inventory section. I always think about what we would do if something happened to the house and we had to itemize everything for insurance. I’m sure I would also use the other sections as well, like the home maintenance. Thanks for the opportunity to win!

    The Maintenance and home inventory would be very useful, but we are also doing a lot home renovation projects. This would be a very useful program.

    I love this! The home checklists would be particularly useful. I am closing on my home nest week so it would be great to win this and get off to a fresh start with this product.

    My boyfriend and I have been homeowners together for about 1 year now and this would be so helpful in getting us to tie up all those “loose ends” that we keep putting off. I think my favorite thing would be the cataloging feature -I’m sure I have no idea how much stuff we actually have!

    I love everything about organization…a bit obsessed. I really like the inventory piece that’s included in this. We recently had a huge storm and had over $30,000 damage to our home. Having all of the inventory in one handy place would have helped tremendously! Of course getting a reminder about all of those seasonal things in a timely manner would be a great help too! 🙂

    All areas of the site look very useful, but the home inventory is something I would get the most immediate use from. I have needed to do this for so long but the thought of notepad after notepad after notepad has just kept me from doing it.

    I live in hurricane country so the home inventory tool looks wonderful. This new tool looks great for all kinds of home organization. I also like the “projects” tool. My husband and I will be trackling projects around the house this fall and next spring so that would be a great tool.

    The home maintenance check list would be so helpful in making sure we don’t accidentally overlook something we should be doing!

    I liked the Home Maintenance Schedule. Now that I’m a widow I find that part of home ownership the most daunting.

    I can’t decide which I like better, the home inventory component for insurance purposes in the event of a catastrophy, or the home maintanence notifications! All of it sounds great and quite useful. Thanks for the chance to win.

    Rhoda, what a wonderful giveaway! I’ve been through a total loss of a home and this would be amazing to help with insurance! I had to have a list, cost of items, how old, etc! What a great way to organize! Thanks for hosting!

    Love the idea of the alerts! We’ve lived our house twenty years we’ve never drained our hot water heater! I wonder if that’s why we’ve had to replace it three times! I think we could use this product who knows what else we’re messing up.

    Anyone who has ever had the misfortune to need to file a major loss claim with their homeowner’s would be able to attest to the value of having organized data. What great tool! Thanks for the opportunity, Rhoda!
