Organize Your Home with HomeZada

{Giveaway  is Closed}

The Winner is #58:  Debby

HomeZada is the digital hub of everything for your home, for managing, budgeting, forecasting, and and tracking all your home improvement projects and even inventory for your home, as well as home maintenance calendars.

ceo-home-ap-2

I know from personal experience on this home remodel how important it is to have everything in one spot. I can’t tell you all the scraps of paper with written notes, phone numbers, and research I have from my home renovation that is just scattered around and not at all organized. It will be nice to get it all in one spot. All your home improvement plans in one digital place online, how great would that be to track?

ceo-home-ap-3

HomeZada reminds you of your home checklists, when to do things and even sends you alerts when they are do. I so need something like this for my home and I’m sure I’m not alone. Keeping track of all those home maintenance items on our to-do list can keep us all busy. They even break it down by seasons of Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer maintenance items.

Home

The inventory page is really cool. Do you have a record of everything in your house and how much you paid for it for insurance purposes? Yeah, me neither! HomeZada has pages of home inventory items and you can go into each room in your house and update every item in the inventory list.

If and when you ever have an insurance claim, you’ll have everything at your fingertips.

Projects

What better way to get organized this Fall than having a digital site all ready for you to try out. HomeZada’s basic membership is free, so you can take advantage of all of those things without paying a thing, including the inventory manager, property assets lists, and seasonal maintenance checklists. Or you can upgrade to the Premium membership for $9.95 a month or $99 per year and that includes a personalized property calendar, home improvement projects flow, and up to 3 properties.

And today, HomeZada is going to give away a FREE Premium membership to ONE of my readers. If getting your home organized sounds like something you need to do too (tell me I’m not alone!), then just leave a comment telling me which part of HomeZada you’d most look forward to using? Click over to that page to see all the benefits.

Is it the Home Improvement Projects area or Seasonal Maintenance checklist? or one of the other benefits?

We all could use help with organizing the home and HomeZada is definitely a good place to start. And the best thing, it’s not cluttering up files, but it’s all stored online and you can access it from your computer or smart phone.

{Disclosure:  HomeZada compensated me to review and do a giveaway for their online home organization tool.  They didn’t tell me what to say or how to say it and all opinions are my own.  I share giveaways, products, and ideas  that I think my readers will enjoy.}

    I actually couldn’t make a particular choice of what I would love the most about Homezada. I’m a first time homeowner so everything they touch on would be of interest to me. Looking over their initial chart, I learned that hot water heaters need to be drained. I never knew that.

    I love reading about organizing and when I have extra time, I love actually doing it. This would be a wonderful way to put the two together.

    This sounds great! With 20 + years of paperwork stashed around my house, numerous unfinished projects, enough Christmas decorations to decorate Biltmore, and a debilitating addiction to collecting china…I can use all the help I can get! I have purchased about every home organizing book on the market to no avail. Think I will check out the “free” service and hope to win the premium one! Thanks!

    Being a new home owner and in the middle of ripping down walls, replacing floors and more! I couldn’t think of anything I couldn’t use this for. 🙂

    I really like the maintenance schedule and home inventory sections. I like that it will send alerts to remind you when it is time to do maintenace.

    The home inventory part is what I really want, but my husband really liked the home improvement project tracking, LOL!

    I would love the alert system as reminders. Especially if I provide my husband’s email address and he gets the alerts.

    I love the documentation stuff, especially of the possessions for insurance purposes. It’s something we keep reminding ourselves to do but it somehow always falls to the bottom of the list. This would be great because with our luck, we’d document it (written or video) and then the documentation would be destroyed in event of a fire or flood or other disaster. This online system would protect our hard work of documenting our stuff from being ruined. Thanks for turning me on to this cool site!

    The seasonal maintenance list would really help me. We seem to be doing maintenance at the wrong time all year.
    Thanks for the giveaway!

    It is hard to choose what area of HomeZada would be my favorite. I think the home maintenance would be so great to help me remember all that needs to be done each month. I am also looking forward to using the inventory. I have been wanting to do this for a long time and this will make this task easier and keep it all in one place.

    I have always struggled with being disorganized. I am so overwhelmed by it. I never even know where or how to start. My husband is losing his eyesight. He is legally blind and is quickly progressing to total blindness. He is only 47 years old and is no longer working due to his blindness. As his sight gets worse, I can see that I need to get this household organized in order to help him function. I can’t afford a professional organizer, so all I have is me! Not good! ;). I need help with everything!

    I like the idea of getting an email for maintenance that needs to be done – like changing out my a/c filter…haha. Seems like I live in front of the computer or on my phone and so I know I would see it and act on it. Thanks for the give-a-way.

    I like the idea of the Home Inventory; that is something that I have been MEANING to do for several years! But the rest of the areas sound great too!

    I would love to win this! I have just been getting started on my household chore lists, project prioritization, and inventory and am hassling with calendar reminders, lists and spreadsheets. What a great idea!

    I’m about to start up my own home-based business, so my home and its contents will mean that much more to me! Hopefully my endeavor will mean more income to spend on home repairs and renovations, making HomeZada extra extra relevant 🙂

    I can use it now; we are trying to inventory ALL our personal possessions to get renters coverage while we are building our new house. The insurance co. offers a guideline they use for coverage, but is it really enough? So yes, I would like the personal inventory section because we just don’t realize how much “stuff” we have and its value, and also the upgrades and improvements we have paid for. HomeZada sounds like the answer.

    I need the home maintenance check list. We recently moved into a small wooden cottage on several acres of land, and I am challenged with maintaining an older home as well as acreage, the well, the septic system. I need reminders and alerts- sent to my husband’s email of course.
