Sweeten Your Day with Coffee-mate $100 Giveaway

How do you add flavor to your life? Those small things that just sweeten your days?

The way I add some flavor to my life these days is by yardsale and thriftstore shopping.  It is always the thrill of the hunt, chasing down bargains and having a mental list that I go through while out scouring the sales.  Usually I find the items on my wishlist, if I wait long enough.

Before I leave for one of these early morning treasure hunts, I grab myself a to-go cup of coffee and flavor it up just right for me.

How do you like your coffee?

I’ll admit, I have not always been a coffee drinker, so it surprises me sometimes just how much I enjoy that one cup of coffee I have each and every morning.  My hubby gets up and grinds the beans and makes a full pot of coffee every morning and when I get up, the first thing I do is go in the kitchen and make myself a nice, sweet cup of java.

No plain cup of coffee for me, it must have flavor and LOTS of sweet.  I’ll take a little coffee with my creamer, please. 🙂  I rely on Coffee-mate flavors to give some extra sweetness and mellow flavor to my coffee and that completely takes out the bitterness that coffee sometimes has for me.  These are 2 of my fave recent flavors that I picked up to use, French Vanilla and Italian Sweet Creme.  Anything creamy or vanilla-y is good for me.

Coffee is like life — it’s better when you add your flavor. With a wide variety of over 25 flavors, COFFEE-MATE is the delicious way to personalize every cup. Head over to Coffee-mate.com to find over 25 ways to add your flavor. Discover what your newest favorite could be!

We are giving away $500 on the round-up page and there are 9 other bloggers giving away $100, so don’t miss out on your chance to win.   Click over to the Blogher offers page for all the details.

I love, no adore, no cherish, no main line coffee – yes that is more like. Hi my name is Christine and I am a coffee snob! 😉

My father didn’t do a lot with us, but the one thing he did, each and every sunday morning after church (of course) was to head to the Mercantile building, there he would head to the “coffee bean guy”, oh the smells, I can close my eyes and smell the different beans and roasts. Daddy was big on coffee, from the type or roast of beans, to his own blend, to the exact temperature of the water in which to brew it. The carafe that got filled multiple times a day and always ALWAYS with 1/2 and 1/2 or CoffeeMate creamer (powdered then of course). Even my grandparents were big coffee drinkers (of course grandpa would flavor his with a touch of, ummm, hmmm, liquor, in the evenings of course) 😉

I love and have been know to throw a hissy fit or two if it is out of stock – ITALIAN SWEET CREAM CoffeeMate. YUMMMMM that first cup in the morning, is like a flash of childhood with each cup. Although I use a Keurig now and my father would throw a fit if he were still alive and kickin! but it works for me. CoffeeMate and my coffee just go hand in hand – for as long as I can remember – it’s my tradition. And THAT makes me smile! 🙂

I don’t drink much coffee, but I flavor my day by listening to different genres of music. I like the taste of toffee and caramel with coffee flavored ice cream.

I flavor up my coffee with Pumpkin Spice creamer. And I flavor up my day by giving into impulses, and just going for it even if that means doing something crazy.

I love any kind of coffee that has “mint” in the name. I actually buy 20 pounds of Millstone peppermint coffee every Christmas and keep it in the freezer, doling it out sparingly to try to make it last until the next Christmas.

My life? Is there such a thing as stinkweed flavor? Things have been really bad since last summer – wow – that’s almost a year now. I’ve stopped saying things can’t get worse because they DO! Sooner or later, though, we’ll have to hit rock bottom and then things will get better again!

The grocery store is my only retail therapy these days. I splash a little flavor in my Saturday morning coffee and take my cup with me through the grocery store.
