Zatarain’s Cajun Cooking Food Giveaway

(Giveaway is Closed)

Those fine folks at Zatarain’s are always coming up with some tasty dishes.  I’ve been cooking their rice dishes for years now and always enjoy them.   They recently sent me a package of goodies for my very own to savor and taste and you know I will enjoy that.

From Jambalaya mix

To Red Beans and Rice dip and Creole mustard (love this stuff!), you will love this package.

Here are a few recipes to share too, like King Cake cupcakes, just in case you are celebrating Mardi Gras this year.

Zatarain’s wants to give one of YOU a food package too (valued around $40), so all you have to do is leave a comment, telling me if you have tried Zatarain’s products and do you love them as much as I do?  These are a few of the items you’ll receive straight from Zatarain’s.

Check out Chef John Besh’s video for some extra fun Creole cooking ideas too!

Do tell?!

Yes, of course, I’ve tried Zatarain’s products. I love them! I actually have 6 different varieties in my pantry right now. I wouldn’t make rice any other way!

Gumbo ya ya! We LOVE Zatarain’s! Their concentrated shrimp and crab boil is the best. Plus we love all their rice mixes too!

We love all of Zatarains products! Especially the jambalaya. It tastes as good as homemade and is so easy to make. It is one of my sons’ all-time favorite meals.

I love these products. I use the jambalaya a lot. The low-sodium products taste great! You cannot tell the difference.
My favorite thing about Zatarains: I make my own super fast, super easy Chicken Bog. This makes a ton…
Prepare 2 boxes of Chicken flavored rice according to directions, but add smoked sausage and cooked, shredded chicken. Yummy!!!

I have a weakness for their Spanish rice, which I doctor up to make into a full meal, adding veggies and meat. I would really appreciate the opportunity to try more of their fantastic products.

Oh my gosh PLEASE pick me for this giveaway! I blogged recently that I have lived in New Orleans in a former life, & love all things Cajun &/or Creole. BUT I live in AUSTRALIA, where you cannot buy any Zatarain’s products whatsoever! 🙁
About 16 years ago my sister visited NO while backpacking across America, & bought me back a packet of Zatarain’s Crawfish. Shrimp & Crab Boil (at my request). I loved it, it was amazing, & I have tried to recreate it myself many times. I still have the empty carton in my recipe file.
Please tell the good people at Zatarains to start shipping down under – we certainly have enough seafood!

Zatarin’s products were new to me until we moved to the South. We love their Gumbo Mix in our house and ususally add shrimp or leftover chicken to it. It’s so flavorful! Thanks for the chance!
