I

‘m taking a much needed break for a few days to spend Thanksgiving with my family and enjoy the Holiday away from the computer.

I sincerely wish for you and your family to have a most joyous Day of Thanksgiving. Slow down with me and enjoy the family time, the food, and the reason we celebrate this wonderful time of year.  A time to give thanks.

I’ll be back soon and then we will move right into the Christmas season.  Decorating is almost finished at my house.

Don’t forget my Home for the Holidays party, right here on December 10th.  Get your holiday post ready to show us your Christmas decor and come back and link up on that day.

And come back this weekend for Part IV of the Holiday House, there’s still more great eye candy to come!

I’m looking forward to seeing your holiday decor. I know it will be awesome.

Marcus and I are off to volunteer at our church. My husband is in for a long day at Kmart.

We had our Thanksgiving dinner yesterday. Marcus and I made the whole dinner. It was my first turkey! And my husband loved it!

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!

Enjoy your Thanksgiving break! And I hope you had a wonderful holiday. Thank YOU for bringing so much beauty…and thriftiness :-)…to my life.

I’d love to participate on Dec 10…but the way things are going I’m lucky to even have the storage bins out of the attic by then. 🙂
