Thanks for stopping by the Home May’d Recipe party today! I’m thrilled you are here. We are going to have a great time sharing summer recipes, those tasty treats that we all love to eat this time of year.
A delicious recipe from my archives, this is a great summer dish when you want something light and easy. Tasty too!
This is for those times you don’t want to make cake from scratch, but you need something yummy to feed several people. Got this recipe from my Aunt Mary in Florida. It’s delicious and uses store bought angel food cake.
Can’t get easier than that!

Hope you will try this one! I love light and easy for summer months, when the heat is rising.
Let’s see what you’ve got to share for summer fare! Add your linky and enjoy blog hopping. I hope you’ll stop in and say hello to some new friends along the way. And don’t forget Layla’s Summer Mantel party on Thursday. I don’t have a mantel, but I’ll be stopping by to check them all out.

ps I don’t have a recipe but I had a free coupon and tried McDonald’s frozen lemonade and strawberry drink….I liked it, can’t tell you the last time I went to Mickey D’s…. I guess when there used to be 2 cute little faces in the backseat, and 2 Happymeals and the TOY of course were such a treat …..
Yummy! I am going to make this for my dad on father’s day… he loves pineapple! Rhoda, it looks so good!!
This is definitely my kind of recipe… sounds easy and looks delicious!

This looks so good and it just happens to be my grocery shopping day today so I picked up what I needed to make this. It may be pouring rain, but at least we’ll have a summery dessert tonight. 🙂
Thank you! 🙂
Yum! Nothing says summer like strawberries and pineapple. Thanks for sharing and for hosting this party.
I had a great couple of hours today reading so many fun recipes and leaving comments on blogs. Thanks so much for hosting such a fun and practical party. And there won’t be any messy cleanup after the party is over.
Fondly,
Glenda
Does it matter what brand of pudding you use?
I had heard that some pudding brands don’t mix well with fruits like pineapple. I think it was something about added texturants but I don’t remember for sure :/. Do you know anything about it?
Thanks.
Carrie, I’ve never heard that, so I hope it doesn’t matter. I did use Royal this time, but normally use Jello brand.
