I just wanted to say that I have followed your blog since your early days and always enjoyed it. It’s actually the only blog I peruse daily. Sadly, the multiple ads have become cumbersome and they disrupt the flow of a once enjoyable experience. I have AdBlocker on my iPhone, but I still have land ads throughout as I scroll down your posts. There are ads at the bottom and frequently a drop-down at the top suggesting I subscribe, yet I am already a subscriber. Is there any way to do away with these ads? I counted, and there were at least 9 ads on this one post. It’s annoying, to say the least. Please advise. Thanks!
HI, Lisa, I’m so sorry the ads are annoying. I know they can be, but that is the main way I make a living by writing my blog. It’s the #1 source of income and I hope that the ad blocker helps. When I am looking at my blog on my computer and my phone, I don’t have anything pop up that I can’t close out and then it doesn’t cover the content. So sorry and I hope you’ll hang in there with me.
I use my Mac book and so much of the page is covered with ads and drop downs and pop ups, etc… I have to scroll up and down to see the pics. I keep x-ing the ads and asking them to stop, but they just reappear. When viewing on my PC it is a much better experience. I do remind myself that it’s all part of the blog experience. 🙂
