Wow, what a great idea for a design book. My quick change would be restyling the top of the coffee table. Thanks, Rhoda!

My 79yo mom is in the process of redoing her family room and sun porch. It’s so much fun to watch her, and shop with her! Don’t we all hope we are still redoing and keepin current when we are 79 yo? Right now she is in the planning, looking and changing her mind about what all she wants to do. I think this stage is her favorite part… I would love to have a copy of the book to give to her. (She doesn’t have an e-mail Rhoda, if she did I’m sure she would be following you and would’ve already commented!)

We rent so I really can’t do any changes that involve paint, wallpaper etc. so I could use some quick ideas for changes made through any other means!
    Thanks!

My office/craft room needs help. My hubby picked the color brown which I’m fine with. However, it has all oak furniture and he won’t let me paint it. I’ve put in off-white curtains off-white storage ottomans to break it up. I think a color fabric cornice and maybe a new light fixture with the same color/fabric would help. Also, putting fabric or another temporary backing to the shelving to bring in more color.

Having just moved into a (new to us) house, there are billions of things calling out my name that need to be dealt with. The biggest for me right now is some kerb appeal, the front of the house needs some love and care, that’s for sure.

I would use paint to instantly change the look/feel of the house, (if I could just decide on the color!)

I left my living room as the last room to decorate. Who does that? Anyway, I am completely out of creative gas and need some inspiration.

I need a quick change idea for my dining room. It’s pretty traditional and I’d love some modern touches for it. Thanks, Rhoda.
