Unless you’ve been living under a rock, then you probably already know about the super fabulous crafty cutting machine called Silhouette.
What is a Silhouette, you ask? It’s an electronic cutting tool that connects to your computer allowing you to cut fonts and images in cardstock, vinyl, heat transfer material, etc.
It cuts all sorts of fun things from scrapbooking supplies to vinyl art. Lots of possibilities, as big as your imagination can hold.
With several blades for cutting, you can do a myriad of projects with the Silhouette machine. And the best thing is that you can use all the fonts on your computer or download fonts and images from the Silhouette site for little to nothing.

I really want to try creating some wall art or do some stenciling. You can just do so much…the possibilities are endless! Thank you for the opportunity.
if I had a Sillhouette, I’d use it to make some artwork for my guest bedroom.
Card making and heat transfer for my first project!!
This machine sounds awesome! The first things I would make are customized pillow shams with a super-large oversized monogram on each for my guest bedroom. Thanks so much for giving each of us a chance to win this machine! 🙂
Hi Rhoda, What a fun giveaway! I’d love to win a Silhouette to use to make my own cards–for starters! Thanks for the chance to win.
Blessings,
Marilyn
Like you, Rhoda, I have an ugly back porch that I’m trying to make over. I was thinking the other day how nice it would be to have a Silhouette machine to make some cute signs and decorated pots and pillows for it. Thanks for the giveaway.
A pillow with our dog’s silhouette for my baby boy’s room would be precious.
I would love a Silhouette to make cute decorations for my house! Thanks for the chance to win!
I don’t even know what to do first with it…
Hmmm
I have tons of things to do with it, but I think I’d start with a sign for our entry way. 🙂
I would totally make some vinyl letters to put on either a box or a tote so that I can keep all the accessories and materials together for this amazing machine!
I did the facebook “like them”. 🙂
I have some perfect pillows in mind………would so LOVE to win this!!!
Just “liked” this on Facebook!!!
I “like” Silhouette on Facebook!
I went on Facebook and liked the silhouette. I really have so much I want to do with it, but I have so many things to monogram. Love, love, love your blog Rhoda!
My first project would be fun t-shirts for my little guy.
OH my that is nifty! This would make some great flower garden markers for all of my plants.
It’s a toss up…. I would either make some monogrammed pillows or some t-shirts! I love monograms, so I can imagine if I had my own Silhouette putting my initials on EVERYTHING!!!
The first thing I would make is a piece of subway art for my gallery wall-in-progress. It would be sooo much easier to use the Silhouette than to print out, trace, and cut each letter individually from contact paper (which without one of these would be the only way I’ve figured out to do it how I want). And then I would start putting vinyl mongrams or silhouettes on everything – make label tags for the toy and clothes bins . . . can you tell I’ve been dreaming about one of these for months? I love that you can download designs from online or even create your own and are not limited to what’s on a cartridge. It’s just not in my budget any time in the near future, so winning one would be a dream come true! Thanks for the opportunity!
I would use this machine to make monograms for the invites to my daughters wedding! She wants a DIY wedding – at least as much as her mother can take! 😉
