You can never have too many decorating books, so here’s another one to add to one of my reader’s collection. The New Better Homes & Gardens Decorating book is a classic that you’ll enjoy for years to come.

Chock full of inspiring pics and lots of reading material too, there are many tips and decorating ideas in this soft-cover book. From bathroom inspiration….
To bedrooms….
To outdoor decorating ideas….
Full color inspirational pictures all through the book.
Learn more about arranging too.

To win this book, simply leave a comment on THIS post and tell me what you’d like to learn more about in decorating if you get the book. If you add a post on YOUR blog about my giveaway and link to mine, you’ll be entered twice, so double your chances to win! Be sure and tell me in the comments that you’ve posted a link too!
If you want to get in on many more giveaways this week, check out the Bloggy Carnival…here!

Bloggy Giveaways Quarterly Carnival Button

A very sweet friend of mine has graciously allowed me and Peter to use her beach house in Gulf Shores this week, so we’ll be gone for a few days…chilling on the beach. The contest will end at 6:00 pm (Central time) on Thursday, the 30th. Winner will be announced on Friday the 31st!

I always feel that I need new creative ideas about what goes on the walls. Seems like I have a formula of large picture with something around it that I repeat over and over. New ideas would be wonderful.

Please enter me and I will go right now and put a note on my blog for you.

I always am needing decorating inspiration especially when it comes to the cohesiveness of my home. Sometimes I am random and can have lots of different “themes” going on in my home. Drives my husband nuts…but I just tell him its “eclectic” 🙂

    Thanks for entering me 🙂

I have been in such a decorating slump since we moved in June that a new book might get me inspired again!

I’ll add a mention about your giveaway on my post this morning.

Hope you have a great week on the beach. We woke up to a low of 38 here in North Alabama today so I am really jealous!

I already have this book so I am not entering. I love it! You are really going to be “chilling” this week. It is cold today, isn’t it? We are planning to go to Panama City the week before Thanksgiving. My dad has a condo but they also used their time share to get another one for the week so we will have our own home. My husband and two oldest won’t be able to go because of school and work but I am taking the three younger kids. I don’t care if it is cold- love to just look at the ocean and hear it. The Canadian snowbirds will be out in that water with it being 40’s outside- it is crazy to see!

I have seen this and flipped through the pages. There is some gorgeous stuff. I like this book because so many things are beautiful when simply displayed. I think sometimes I have way too much stuff going on in my decorating. I need to learn to simplify.

I love looking at decorating books. 🙂 Our library has tons of them, but they are mostly too many decades old for me to enjoy and glean ideas from. I want color pictures, not black and whites!
