You can never have too many decorating books, so here’s another one to add to one of my reader’s collection. The New Better Homes & Gardens Decorating book is a classic that you’ll enjoy for years to come.

Chock full of inspiring pics and lots of reading material too, there are many tips and decorating ideas in this soft-cover book. From bathroom inspiration….
To bedrooms….
To outdoor decorating ideas….
Full color inspirational pictures all through the book.
Learn more about arranging too.

To win this book, simply leave a comment on THIS post and tell me what you’d like to learn more about in decorating if you get the book. If you add a post on YOUR blog about my giveaway and link to mine, you’ll be entered twice, so double your chances to win! Be sure and tell me in the comments that you’ve posted a link too!
If you want to get in on many more giveaways this week, check out the Bloggy Carnival…here!

Bloggy Giveaways Quarterly Carnival Button

A very sweet friend of mine has graciously allowed me and Peter to use her beach house in Gulf Shores this week, so we’ll be gone for a few days…chilling on the beach. The contest will end at 6:00 pm (Central time) on Thursday, the 30th. Winner will be announced on Friday the 31st!

Rhoda, I’ve been visiting your site for a while and have enjoyed it immensely, but haven’t ever commented. The book is beautiful. You probably will be chilling on the beach cause the temps are dropping!!! Have fun!

Just dropped in to see you Rhoda and say hi. For someone who retired you’re busier than ever! I can’t believe you! You’re always painting something, recovering something or refurbishing something. Time for a rest!

I know what kinds of things I like but I don’t know how to classify my style. I would love to see a book that showed the different decorating styles and examples of each kind.

I would love to learn how to pull a round all together. I seem to have lots of bits and pieces that I love and that should work together but am missing some kind of “glue.” Lol!

I could really use this book as I know NOTHING about decorating. I need to learn more how to group things together to hang on the walls. Thanks!
