Like me, most of you love dish ware and setting a pretty table on many occasions.  So, today I’m sharing a new site that I think you’ll really enjoy.  Mad Hatter’s Platters is a small family owned business, started by Janet Hughes and her husband, Pat, in 2006.  After both of their in-laws passed away, their daughter-in-laws wanted to keep the family business going, so they took over Mad Hatter’s Platters and are still supplying the dish-aholics all over the country with their unique serving pieces.
I love their family story and how the platters are put together with an innovative high quality aluminum hardware design.
I get lots of opportunities to do giveaways, but don’t take them all unless I think that it’s something that all of you will like as well.

They sent me a platter of my choice to try out and I loved how easy it goes together. Â You can see on that link above how the hardware works and holds the pieces together very securely.

Here it is flat, with the hardware removed for storage. Â I chose a square white platter on the bottom and a zebra print plate on top. Â Love the combo!

There are so many things to do with platters like these, from fruit trays to serving pieces. Â Perfect for a party.

They even added a pretty red bowl for Valentine’s (or Christmas) decor. Â I had the red strawberries in the fridge, which showed off the white platter perfectly. Â Just add dipping sauce or chocolate in the top bowl for a yummy dessert treat.

You’re only limited by your imagination with these platters. Â They also sent me these melamine plates in blues and greens and they work the same way. The aluminum insert just screws apart for multi-changing.
I can see these being such a great gift idea or for you ladies who love dish ware, perfect for entertaining in many areas. Â Mother’s Day is not far down the road, so think about gift possibilities for the women in your life. Â I think they are so cute and versatile at Mad Hatter’s Platters.
