If you missed Part1 of the Southeastern Designer Showhouse here in ATL, be sure to catch up there first. As a reminder here’s the exerior of the house and today we’re going down to the basement of this 4 level home as well as to the loft/attic level on the 3rd floor. It’s a spacious and sprawling house with lots of nooks and surprises. Lots of window seats too, take note of those!
As I did in the first post, I’ll add all the designer’s name on their rooms/spaces, so you can check them out if you’d like.

And that wraps up the tour of the Southeastern Designer Showhouse Spring 2022. I hope you enjoyed the tour and all the pics and details. I understand that many people don’t relate to designer show houses, but to me they are fun to tour and look at all the details. Just taking in all the materials and design elements is fun to experience. I get ideas and inspiration everywhere and seeing what all the designers are doing is fun to see as well. It might not all be my taste or your taste for our homes, but it’s definitely inspiring to see the latest designs in these multi-million dollar homes.
Thanks for sharing Rhoda! I love seeing the designer show houses. They are sometimes over the top but I guess they are the equivalent to a clothes designer’s runway show. Always a lot of great ideas to pull from! Glad to see lots of color and patterns in new designs.
Thank you for sharing this show case. This design is very distinct. It’s clearly apparent as being unmistakable very definite with its style. It’s wonderful to see all the different appetites of styles, others have. Not mine but very interesting to explore seeing the different taste in decorating in different homes. I will stay with more a warm, traditional, and inviting decorating for my style. It’s so invigorating to see how each individuals are different, with their decorating. This is what makes all our homes have wonderful unique styles. It’s really a reflection of ourselves how we decorate. Just like going to our clothes closet, to dress in what we like and feel good in. The same for our homes.
There are some very beautiful spaces in this house. I totally love the “gentleman’s lounge”. Family room and master are wonderful, too.
It’s interesting that the cooktop backs up to a window. Can you imagine keeping the ubiquitous little oil spatters cleaned off the glass? That would drive me crazy(er).
Lots of avant garde touches, which is normal for the big showcase houses. There was a little something for nearly everyone in this one! And you did a great job of capturing it all in pictures, Rhoda. Thank you.
Wow! What a house! Thanks for showing it to us! Can’t say I like every aspect but lots of inspiration especially that all blue flowered bedroom with canopy bed. Always fun to see the designer houses!
I am very interested in the paint color of the showhouse for 2022. I could not find the exterior color any where. I would also love the list of paint for all rooms of the 2022 home.
I just love the exteroir color
thank you
HI, thanks for stopping but I don’t have any of that information to share.
