Soft and Cozy PeachSkinSheets! {Giveaway}

Even though no one but you sees the sheets on your bed, don’t you love to crawl into bed at night with soft and cozy sheets?  Yeah, me too!  I have been on a quest to find those perfect soft and cozy sheets for awhile and have bought a couple sets over the last few years.  But, none of them matched my expectations for lasting and wearability.  Both sets have pilling on the bottom sheet, which drives me crazy. I’ve bought different kinds of thread counts over the year and have read countless articles about thread count, with most of those being a little vague about how to find the right sheets.

Egyptian cotton sheets have been the rage for a few years now, with many of those costing in excess of $200 and I’m hard pressed to spend that much on sheets. I read all about how thread count matters, but the length of the threads is part of what makes sheets soft and how do you know that without touching and sleeping on them?  If I can find a decent set of King sheets under $100, I’m pretty happy.  But, it hasn’t been that easy to find sheets for that price that are really soft to the touch and wash up well too.

So, here’s how this story went.  I was strolling through the Kennesaw Festival last month and spotted PeachSkinSheets booth.  I went over and started talking to them. They had examples of their sheet fabrics and colors displayed and after feeling the sheets, I was very impressed with the softness of them.  At a $50  festival price, I thought they’d be a good gamble, so I bought a set and promptly put them on my bed.

And guess what?  I love them and wanted to share this with y’all too!

They are so soft and really cozy and feel great at night.  Much softer than my others sheets that have been washed and washed.  I’ve slept on microfiber sheets before at a B&B in Mobile and even looked that brand up online.  Many spas and hotels use that brand of sheets and I was tempted to buy them (those were called Comfy sheets), but they were $150, so I held off.  I’m so glad I did, because these to me are the same quality and feel of those more expensive 100% microfiber sheets. That’s what these are made of.  I chose Beach Blue for my color.

Oh, and they offer FREE fabric swatches!

You can read about their fabrics here.

They are supposed to be cooler for hot sleepers and warmer for cold sleepers.  Whatever your temp, these are supposed to work for both.  So far, so good!  I’m loving how they feel and sleep.

I found PeachSkinSheets on Facebook and Twitter and asked them if they work with bloggers.  They do!  I figured if I love them and found them on my own, I should share it with all of you too!  And they do giveaways, so I get to give away a set of sheets from PeachSkinSheets to one of my readers.  They also sent ME another set for my King bed, so now I have 2!  I bought the Beach Blue set and now I have a white set too.

I also love that they are right here in Atlanta!

They came in this cute orange and white box and were wrapped up all pretty in orange paper and a cute little peach hangtag.  Here are the official specs of Peachskin Sheets:

The Original PeachSkinSheets are GREAT for hot sleepers! Breathable, ultra soft, anti-pill and anti-snag bed sheets featuring thermal control and moisture management properties…warm sleepers stay cool, and cool sleepers stay cozy. The durable athletic grade performance SMART fabric wicks away moisture to keep you drier and more comfortable. Best of all, they have a luxurious 1500 Thread Count softness with a brushed PeachSkin finish on both sides. Available in Split King, Cali King, King, Queen, Full, Twin and XL Dorm Twin and XL Dorm Full.

I read how to take care of them and they suggest washing in cold or Warm, not Hot, and drying them on Medium heat to prevent any pilling. I’ll be doing that too and hopefully these sheets will last me a long time.  I think you would be very pleased with them too!

You can browse their website for other festivals coming up in Georgia and you can get a better price if you buy there, but if you need to order online at PeachSkinSheets, the prices are not outrageous at $69.95 a set.

They offer TWO colors of the month for a special price of $55 and May colors are Beach Blue and Mint Julip.  I love the Beach Blue ones I got.

For the giveaway, fill out the Rafflecopter widget with your email, check the box that you are leaving a comment and then…..leave a comment!  Tell me about your sheets and if you have been looking for the perfect soft and cozy sheet too?  I’d love to hear your success stories with sheets or if you are still looking like I was.

That’s it!  Leave a comment and I’ll be back in a week to choose a random winner who gets to choose a PeachSkinSheet set of their own! I hope if you order them, you’ll love them as much as I do.  I totally think you will!  I’d love to hear your experience too.  They don’t offer affiliate sales yet, but I wanted to share this with my readers, since I am so happy with mine!

Note:  This is a sponsored post from PeachSkinSheets, because they sent me a free set of sheets, but nothing else.  All opinions are my own experience!

I like the thermal control that these sheets offer. My husband is such a hot sleeper, these sheets would be great to have to help keep him (and me) cool at night.

Thank you, I thought I was the only one on the hunt for comfy sheets at a reasonable price. These sound wonderful and would love to try them. The best sheets I have found so far are from J.C.Penney. I have had them for about two years and the are very soft, wash and dry beautifully. They have two elastic bands on the fitted sheet to help hold the sheet on and it does the trick. I really am impressed with the warm and cold element. I will certainly check out the website.

I’ve been sleeping on polar fleece sheets but really want to try something else for summer. These sound like it would make it hard to get up every morning!

These seem to have great possibilities. I like to be warm in the winter and cool in the summer so I’d enjoy being a consumer test guinea pig for these. Thanks, Rhoda.

My favorite sheets are some my sister gave me. I don’t even know the brand but they have been wonderful! I’ve recently downsized from a queen to a full bed so I need a new set of sheets. These sound awesome.

I’m still looking for the perfect sheet. I have tried some out of jersey t-shirt material, but WAY too hot. Interested that you said these were cool. That would be perfect!

My sheets are so old! I think the only reason they are a little bit soft is because they’ve been washed so many times! Bedding is always at the bottom of the priority list.

What a great find! I think everyone struggles to find quality sheets! So far the only brand that have held up and been comfortable for me are Ralph Lauren. Pricey though. Every ‘deal’ I’ve tried have ended up either ripping, pilling or being far too stiff, none of which are acceptable. These are reasonably priced and if I win a set…well, YAHOO!

I have sheets that I paid about that price for; they’re okay, but I probably wouldn’t buy the brand again. Excited to try these!

The Peachtree sheets sound dreamy, no pun intended, lol! I have had good luck with some of my Egyption cotton sheets ( I have sheets with 400 and 600 count). The 400 count lasted a few years before they became threadbare . There is nothing like a good set of sheets to help get a good nights sleep. We used cheap sheets until we were empty nesters; couldn’t believe the difference of nicer sheets.???

I have been looking at buying a set of sheets for quite a while! My current set is 12 years old and is a cotton/poly blend! It is soft but when I have stayed at friends their wonderfully soft sheets have made me see the difference!
I am a tactile person and LOVE the softness of a good set of sheets on my hands and feet!
I would be over the moon to win a set! I think that 12 years is quite an accomplishment for my current set but they are ready to retire!
Thank you so much for this post!
