This is a compensated review by BlogHer and Intel.
Having a brand new laptop has been so great! I am thrilled with the speed and how this new processor with the Intel chip makes my blogging life easier. You know how it is when a computer can’t keep up?! That’s not a problem with my fancy new machine.
My little office nook gets a good workout every single day! You can see here that it’s not picture perfect all the time. There’s work to be done. 🙂
As I mentioned, I do a lot of photo editing. That is a breeze and the speed is lightening fast. Connection speed is great, as well as getting things done in a timely manner. I also use my computer to store spreadsheets, do Word documents and definitely needed the storage space for my thousands of pics that I have saved. Those pics need lots of room to spread out.
I also do some room consultations and need to be able to move around the web, gathering pics and getting ideas saved. I can open lots of windows and switch back and forth with the sweep of my mouse. I love that this computer has twice the memory that my little netbook has. It’s definitely going to keep me on task with blogging and other areas of my life.
This cool feature would be great to use for movies, checking out family pics online. Can you imagine sharing your family photos on a big screen like this?
Now, after sharing how the laptop has improved my work life balance, you know the great news! I’ll be giving away a $250 Best Buy giftcard for ONE of my readers. I’m so excited to share this with all of you and can’t wait to see someone else benefit from the giveaway.

I would love to win this. Our family computer is about to die and with 3 kids needing to do homework on the computer each night, we seem to being homework forever.
I have such trouble with my laptop…..I have waaaaaaay too many pics on it!!! I would LOVE a new one just to store pics!
Woo Hoo! I get to enter again? Lovin it. It would love to use it to orgainze my life. Well, maybe that is too big of a feat but I would like to learn how to use it for my photography.
I would love a new computer… I’m still running a fairly old Windows XP computer…It’s super slow, and really causing headaches when I try to upload pictures and build a better blog/etsy shop/network online. I have so many wonderful pictures because I’ve really started to pursue photography and Vintage goodies, but my computer holds me back from touching up these photos, editing them in programs, and putting them up for the world to see online. I have a terrible time getting all the new great blog tools and web publishing applications to run… I feel like my computer is holding me back from sharing a beautiful Handcrafted Gallery and Magic Vintage Menagerie with the rest of the World. A new computer would so help, as I’ve checked out the Intel 5 online, and it seems like a wonderfully stable technology (Intel’s always been stable), “crazy horsepower” system, that would streamline my Vintage and Handmade life!
My aren’t you lucky getting a brand spankin’ new laptop to test drive! My biggest issues are always storage space and speed – I definitely attribute one issue to another…I spend so much time surfing the web and downloading inspiration pics that I then make my laptop working harder (and slower)…I’d love to give this one a spin!

I’ll try to come up with a blog post later on tonight!
I don’t have twitter, so I posted about this on my blog!! Good luck everyone.
It would be great to have a laptop, especially a brand new Intel laptop. The portability alone would be a super benefit to my blog and computer tasks.
faster processing speed… I’m in.
Happy Thanksgiving too!!!

cristin
What a great giveaway. Would love to win! Thanks for the chance.
I would love a new, faster computer! In fact, it is in my Christmas list!
Oh boy! A new laptop would enable me to take more classes to finish my degree! Right now I am really spreading my classes out and having a new, faster, up to date computer would make taking online classes a possibility!!
Oh Rhonda Sweetie….
This is an easy one for me. A laptop, would be so great for me. It is the portability I need. One I could blog from my bed. I have been quite ill and have leg issues. They don’t allow me to spend as much time sitting at the computer to blog anymore. If I had a laptop, I could sit in bed, keeping the legs up, but still be able to blog. How great that would be for me. I truly miss the quality time I used to spend blogging with folks. In May, I got sick, losing most of my voice to speak, so I like blogging because people do not judge me. When I go out into the public, and I use my voice, people stare at me like I am an alien. I have even had sales people talk real loud to me, like they think I can’t hear, I can hear just fine, I just don’t have much of a speaking voice. When I blog, I can speak normal.
Thank you for the wonderful opportunity to win a chance at a laptop. A dream come true for me. Any one of us will be SO darn lucky. Happy Holidays sweet friend…Sherry
What a generous giveaway!
Sorry…posted before answering the question. This new computer would make our homeschooling so much easier. We fight over our computer.

I blogged it!
What a wonderful giveaway! Thanks so much for the opportunity!
I tweeted this giveaway as well @sceneofthegrime
Thanks again!
A new computer would be amazing! Mine is currently 3 years old = ancient in computer terms. I’m just learning photoshop so a fast processer would be fabulous.
It would be so amazing to not be tethered to my kitchen table desktop anymore… or to have to share one computer with my sons anymore. 🙂
