After my win in CA with the Knorr 4, I’m excited to be a part of this team of ladies who will be representing Knorr products. The Knorr concentrated chicken stock was a perfect fit with my mom’s chicken and dumplings recipe and evidently the judges thought so too.
Here are 7 out of the 8 who began the competition and then after judging commenced, we were pared down to the Final 4. Sort of like basketball! 🙂
I was pretty calm and collected even though we were being judged by a world famous chef, Chef Marco Pierre White, but he put me at ease and when I heard he liked chicken and dumplings, I breathed a little sigh of relief. This was one of the most fun experiences I’ve ever had and I look forward to sharing the news of Knorr products with everyone.
I’m very happy to be a representative of Knorr, since I have seen their products in my local grocery store for years and know that they have a good reputation in the kitchen. You can always count on Knorr for good tasting food products and I can definitely attest to the Knorr Homestyle concentrated chicken stock. It’s genius, mixing one of those little packets to 3 1/2 cups of water. Tasty, full of flavor, this product will be loved by home cooks across the country.
I can now say that my mom’s chicken and dumpling recipe is award winning! At least in a cook-off with Knorr.
CCheck out the video I did with Knorr during the cook-off! I’m not used to being on camera, but it was such a fun experience, one that I’ll never forget! Please watch the video, it turned out nice!
You’ll be seeing some fun recipes from me in the next few months using these wonderful Knorr products. I can’t wait until this hits the grocers in my area! I make a pureed roasted autumn vegetable soup that will be so much easier with this product.
Congrats on your win! I’ve been craving some chicken pot pie lately and think this would work nicely in my favorite recipe.
I also have a family-favorite recipe for chicken and dumplings that would be great with this Knorr product. However, I have a knew favorite soup with chicken, veggies, and cheese tortellini that would be delish too!
My husband loves chicken pot pie. I would love to win!!!!
I always have purchased or homemade stock for everything from using as a base for my soups/gumbo to using it to cook my rice! Looking forward to trying the new Knorr product.
I’d make chicken and dumplings, of course! 🙂
We are having an uncharacteristic spate of fall like weather in the wake of TS Lee which has my husband asking for beef stew and my son for chicken pot pie (and I have a little stack of new recipes to try out on them).
Imagine my surprise when i viewed your Mama’s Chicken ‘n Dumpling Recipe, it is the same as my dear MIL’s, originally from Kentucky!
Thank you so for sharing!
We use many cartons/cans of chicken broth when we make gumbo or won ton soup, so I’d like the try using the Knorr concentrate stock instead.
Thank you for the opportunity.
Congrats Rhoda on your recipe! For the past 4 years I have hosted Wednesday nights youth group at our home. We live in a rural area and some kids are 30-45 minutes away from home. Therefore I provide supper for them as well. I have always been under the assumption, if you feed their stomachs, more than likely you will have an opportunity to feed their souls. One recipe that is requested at least once per month is my southern comfort chicken noodle soup. It does not matter the season, that is their request. I am always looking for a good stock and look forward to trying Knorrs stock. Sounds amazing. Blessings
I would love to use this in a yummy chicken noodle soup recipe I have adapted to be my own. It is so delicious!!
Thanks!
I love making butternut squash soup in the fall! This would be great to use in it. Thanks for the giveaway!
Would LOVE to try your famous chicken and dumplings recipe. Of course my mama’s too…..
Thank you for the opportunity to win this great prize from Knorr!
Can’t wait to try Knorr’s chicken stock in my Beer Cheese Soup recipe.
Also, will try it for quick chicken and dumplings, rather than making my own which is so time consuming.
Thanks for the chance to win some!
I am looking forward to using the Knorr’s chicken stock in my Thangsgiving stuffing recipe. I think I will also be making your Mama’s chicken & dumplings. Thanks for the opportunity to win!
I think a really good risotto would be just right.
Ooh, I’m always needing chicken stock for homemade chicken noodle soup!! Or my jambalaya recipe – that calls for it too. I’m anxious to see how this stock compares to it’s liquid competition. 🙂
My favorite use for chicken stock is chicken pot pie. The kids love it!
