Thrifty Treasures Party is Back!

Last year, we had SO much fun with the Monday Thrifty Treasures party, so I’m bringin’ it back!  We’ll get it cranked up again on Monday, March 15 so mark your calendars.  Hopefully, things will be a little warmer by then and the yardsales will have started once again for the Spring season.  At least they will be around here.

You can add yardsale OR thriftstore finds or really any thrifty finds that you have discovered that week and we’ll all link up on Mondays.  Even if I don’t go thrifting or find anything that week, we’ll do the party and hopefully keep it going again all summer.

I look forward to another fun season of thrifty treasures!  This year, to make it even more fun, I’m going to try to get some sponsors who would like to do a giveaway for Thrifty Mondays.  There will be a $25 cost to do the giveaway each week and I would ask that the giveaway items be at least $50.  This should make Mondays even more fun to look forward to.  So, if you have a shop with some fun items you think we’d like to see, please email me and I’ll get you on the calendar.

Please spread the word to all your friends too!

I’m participating in a fun blogger event today.  A  nearby pottery studio has invited a few bloggers in to make something special for ourselves and I’ll be doing a giveaway of a pretty handmade pottery piece for ONE of you (and NO, it won’t be made by me, trust me!) :).  Stay tuned for details!

Great! Can’t wait! My husband & I went to a few sales in B’ham today. We went to 2 Carol Nichols’s sales. He found a few wood items (he’s into wood working). I didn’t find anything, though. Still fun to look!! I’m ready for the “season of sales” to begin and I’m a regular thrifter, so I know I’ll have something to post!

Sounds like fun and I’ll be back to participate. I have a thrifty find from today but I’ll save it for Thrifty Treasures.

How fun! And on the day after I’ll be at the Rose Bowl flea market. If I find anything great, I’ll be sure to join your party!

oh , I lok forward to this Rhoda. Last year I only got to do one yardsale – lets hope this year I can do a bit more.
Your so inspirational on how to grab things on the easy side of the wallet & then make it look like a million bucks.
See you this year @ the party!

Yay! You know, YOU are the reason I began shopping the thrift stores and going to yard sales. 🙂 I can’t wait to start sharing my treasures again and see what everyone else finds. The pottery thing sounds fun. Hope you enjoyed it.

My yard sale season is months (and snow storms) away…so I am jealous. 🙂 Can’t wait to see what everyone finds!
