The Winner is:  #18 Linda

Did you hear the big news?

Annie_Sloan_Tour_Banner

Annie Sloan is here in the U.S. and is making her way around the country, teaching workshops on how to use her famous Annie Sloan chalk paint in her first ever North American tour!  As a new user of Annie Sloan chalk paint, I can tell you I have really enjoyed using it on furniture.  So far, I’ve painted curtain rods and my sister’s orange craft table (which I’ll be sharing the finale of later this week).  The paint is great and I love working with it. Especially now that I’ve got the wax part down pat.

I have been hearing she is coming to Atlanta and it sounded like an exciting event.  It’s an all day event next week (from 8:30 to 5:00 pm), on March 29th, down in Peachtree City, just south of Atlanta.  Tickets include breakfast and lunch and all the workshop materials.

There is still time to sign up for the workshop if you are in Georgia or any surrounding areas.  I know it’s going to be so much fun!

Are you ready for the excitement?!

I can hardly wait to tell you this one!

Annie Sloan Unfolded, the international distributor for Annie Sloan Chalk paint and Robyn Story Designs, one of the premier Annie Sloan stockists in Florida (who will be helping teach the workshop), is giving away a fabulous prize package that you are going to be over the moon excited about!

OK…..I am about to die because I’m getting a free ticket to attend the workshop here in Atlanta AND get this….

One of YOU will get a ticket too!

What is up for grabs?  Everything in the picture above including 2 quarts of Annie Sloan paint, clear and dark wax, brushes, those beautiful knobs, colorcharts, gilding wax AND MORE!

Can you still enter even if you can’t come to the Atlanta workshop?  YES, you can!  IF the initial winner drawn can come to the workshop, they will get the prize package AND the free ticket to the workshop.

If that person cannot come to the workshop, I’ll draw another winner for the ticket giveaway only.  Does that make sense??  I promise, it will be fair to all!

Here’s how you can win, leave a comment for each one:

  1. Leave a comment on this post and tell me IF you can attend the workshop here in Atlanta on March 29th and WHY you are so excited about going to the Annie Sloan workshop?
  2. Go and visit Robyn’s blog, look at the Annie Sloan paint colors and tell me which one you are dying to try?

That’s it!  I’ll leave the comments open through the weekend and choose a winner late Saturday evening.

Check out Annie Sloan Unfolded for the retailer nearest you!

I would love to come, but it’s too far to drive! I would like to learn more about the wax, since it seems a little tricky sometimes. A store close to me has started selling AS, so I can’t wait to try it!

I can’t make the workshop because I am on a three-week bicycling trip. I love the Paris grey and have a big armoire just waiting to be covered in it.

    Hello Rhoda,

Wow…what a great prize package!!! I have just come from our annual Annie Sloan Stockist meeting in New Orleans and I met Annie for the first time. Let me tell you….this lady is the real deal…a color expert, approachable, funny and when she gives her talk on her paints and color theory/combo, you can hear a pin drop in the room. All who are lucky enough to attend one of these tour workshops is in for a wonderful experience. I have been reading the reviews from the other cities and Annie has been Wowing the crowds!
    Good everyone…and have fun Rhoda!

PS…I am not entering this giveaway as I am a Stockist

I would LOVE to attend the workshop, but it’s just a little too far out of reach. I would, however, still love to try the Antibes Green paint! Thanks so much for the giveaway – I have been dying to try this paint for some time now. 🙂

I can attend the workshop and would love the free ticket. My daughter has an antique wood chair that she has been saving to do in Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in the Provence. Would love to take her and see exactly how it is done.
