The Winner is: #18 Linda
Did you hear the big news?
Annie Sloan is here in the U.S. and is making her way around the country, teaching workshops on how to use her famous Annie Sloan chalk paint in her first ever North American tour! As a new user of Annie Sloan chalk paint, I can tell you I have really enjoyed using it on furniture. So far, I’ve painted curtain rods and my sister’s orange craft table (which I’ll be sharing the finale of later this week). The paint is great and I love working with it. Especially now that I’ve got the wax part down pat.
I have been hearing she is coming to Atlanta and it sounded like an exciting event. It’s an all day event next week (from 8:30 to 5:00 pm), on March 29th, down in Peachtree City, just south of Atlanta. Tickets include breakfast and lunch and all the workshop materials.
There is still time to sign up for the workshop if you are in Georgia or any surrounding areas. I know it’s going to be so much fun!
Are you ready for the excitement?!
I can hardly wait to tell you this one!
Annie Sloan Unfolded, the international distributor for Annie Sloan Chalk paint and Robyn Story Designs, one of the premier Annie Sloan stockists in Florida (who will be helping teach the workshop), is giving away a fabulous prize package that you are going to be over the moon excited about!
OK…..I am about to die because I’m getting a free ticket to attend the workshop here in Atlanta AND get this….
One of YOU will get a ticket too!
What is up for grabs? Everything in the picture above including 2 quarts of Annie Sloan paint, clear and dark wax, brushes, those beautiful knobs, colorcharts, gilding wax AND MORE!
Can you still enter even if you can’t come to the Atlanta workshop? YES, you can! IF the initial winner drawn can come to the workshop, they will get the prize package AND the free ticket to the workshop.
If that person cannot come to the workshop, I’ll draw another winner for the ticket giveaway only. Does that make sense?? I promise, it will be fair to all!
Here’s how you can win, leave a comment for each one:
- Leave a comment on this post and tell me IF you can attend the workshop here in Atlanta on March 29th and WHY you are so excited about going to the Annie Sloan workshop?
- Go and visit Robyn’s blog, look at the Annie Sloan paint colors and tell me which one you are dying to try?
That’s it! I’ll leave the comments open through the weekend and choose a winner late Saturday evening.
Check out Annie Sloan Unfolded for the retailer nearest you!

I can attend the workshop and would love to go! I love to be creative and it would be a great opportunity to get new ideas!
I just painted a dresser that I got at goodwill for $40. I used Annie Sloan’s old white. It turned out beautiful and is now a tv stand in my living room! I would love to try Provence!
I would love to try Old Ochre or French Linen!
I would love to try the Coco. I’m going to paint my mantel and I needed a warm chocolate. So Coco would be perfect!
I live in Social Circle Georgia – about 45 minutes east of atlanta and I would so love to and would definitely attend Annie’s Workshop!!! Not to mention receiving all the goodies!
And after visiting Robyn’s Blog, I would love to win Barcelona and Antoinette!!
I would so excited to go to the work shop. I am new to painting furniture( and also new to doing things I love to do) and have been dying to try ASCP. The cost has been a set back. I would love to learn how to use it.Thanks Deb
I just signed up for the session in Franklin, Tn. I would love to use the French Linen color and repaint a desk that my son painted black in college. I need to know if I can paint over the existing paint. I would love to win.
I love Robins egg blue and Arles…
Hi, Rhoda
Yes, I could attend the workshop in Peachtree City and I would love to do so. I live in Kennesaw, so that is not a problem at all.
Thank you for the opportunity and a chance to meet you, as well!
I have used ASCP on a wooden tray and a small table. It is fabulous to work with. I’d like to use Old Ochre or French Linen as other paint colors. Maybe even something bold, for a change.
Thanks again for the chance to win.
Jayne
Yes I could attend the workshop. And I have a dresser that is dying for the graphite color
I am not able to attend the workshop, although I would love to go. I’m getting ready to paint my dining room chairs and would love to try the graphite….the French linen really looks pretty, too.
Thanks for the chance to enter.

I can’t attend, but I’d love to win the prize package! I’d love to try some Annie Sloan French Linen and Duck Egg Blue colors.
I can just imagine Emile on my accent pieces with light grey walls and small doses of gold for accents in my next bedroom. My husband is job hunting and I don’t know where we will land, but plan to grow wherever we are planted. The Atlanta session is just what I need to jump start my new home improvements and cheer me up right now!
Yes I can attend the workshop!
I would love all the Annie Sloan tools to paint my kitchen and to learn first had about this amazing paint. So much has been blogged about it and I want to use the pint I have. A class to learn would be great!!
I wouldn’t be able to attend the workshop [sad face], but I’d love the prize package of goodies. I’m dying to try her paints/wax. I have so many things at home to transform! Thanks!
Oops ~ just checked Robyn’s site. The Versailles and French Linen are calling my name. =)
Oh wow, I have not tried that paint yet, I am dying too….
I have a desk that I would try it on….there is no place near to me that carries it….
Thanks Rhoda,
Kathy 🙂

I have been wanting to try her paint for a while……

I LOVE Annie Sloan chalk paint! I’ve painted with Old White, Chateau Grey, Provence, Old Ochre, Emperor’s Silk, and Duck Egg Blue (favorite!)…but I’ve been dying to try Versailles!!!
I can’t attend the workshop in PTC, but I know my mom would LOVE to go!
