The Winner is: #18 Linda
Did you hear the big news?
Annie Sloan is here in the U.S. and is making her way around the country, teaching workshops on how to use her famous Annie Sloan chalk paint in her first ever North American tour! As a new user of Annie Sloan chalk paint, I can tell you I have really enjoyed using it on furniture. So far, I’ve painted curtain rods and my sister’s orange craft table (which I’ll be sharing the finale of later this week). The paint is great and I love working with it. Especially now that I’ve got the wax part down pat.
I have been hearing she is coming to Atlanta and it sounded like an exciting event. It’s an all day event next week (from 8:30 to 5:00 pm), on March 29th, down in Peachtree City, just south of Atlanta. Tickets include breakfast and lunch and all the workshop materials.
There is still time to sign up for the workshop if you are in Georgia or any surrounding areas. I know it’s going to be so much fun!
Are you ready for the excitement?!
I can hardly wait to tell you this one!
Annie Sloan Unfolded, the international distributor for Annie Sloan Chalk paint and Robyn Story Designs, one of the premier Annie Sloan stockists in Florida (who will be helping teach the workshop), is giving away a fabulous prize package that you are going to be over the moon excited about!
OK…..I am about to die because I’m getting a free ticket to attend the workshop here in Atlanta AND get this….
One of YOU will get a ticket too!
What is up for grabs? Everything in the picture above including 2 quarts of Annie Sloan paint, clear and dark wax, brushes, those beautiful knobs, colorcharts, gilding wax AND MORE!
Can you still enter even if you can’t come to the Atlanta workshop? YES, you can! IF the initial winner drawn can come to the workshop, they will get the prize package AND the free ticket to the workshop.
If that person cannot come to the workshop, I’ll draw another winner for the ticket giveaway only. Does that make sense?? I promise, it will be fair to all!
Here’s how you can win, leave a comment for each one:
- Leave a comment on this post and tell me IF you can attend the workshop here in Atlanta on March 29th and WHY you are so excited about going to the Annie Sloan workshop?
- Go and visit Robyn’s blog, look at the Annie Sloan paint colors and tell me which one you are dying to try?
That’s it! I’ll leave the comments open through the weekend and choose a winner late Saturday evening.
Check out Annie Sloan Unfolded for the retailer nearest you!

I love your store and have for years! I am able to go to the workshop if I win. I will also comment on Royn’s blog again. But, truth be told… I order from Robyn and I have tried every color of the ASCP. My fave? Antionette. I adore pink!
Rhonda – Would love to attend and learn to use the chalk paint.
I love all the colors but would choose Old Ochre – its beautiful!

I would love to have the paint but can’t attend the seminar…
I would love to come, and would make it happen that I would be able to. I found ASCP one nite while I was surfing, ordered the paint and it has changed my life…… to to meet the person who was responsible for that would be really cool.
I have been on robys site almost daily…..and it is on my facebook….. but the color I want to try is French Linen….sooooooo beautiful…… now i cant wait till it is over……
I’m signed up for the Atlanta class. I’ve been counting down the days of Annie’s arrival since January. I fell in love with Chalk paint a year ago after seeing it on so many blogs. But to this day I still haven’t even tried it. I’m so excited to go to the Atlanta work shop and learn first hand from the master herself. It sure would be nice to win the paint/wax so I have something to work with after the class. See you soon! 🙂
I can’t attend the workshop but would love to win the prize package. 🙂 I really like the new color french linen. 🙂
This is for my friend Dana, who would also dearly love to attend this workshop!! Thank you
I love Robyn’s blog and check out the colors a lot, sorry I didn’t tell you my colors. LOVE THEM ALL!!! Ok if I had to pick two to start with I would go with Paris Grey @ Provence.
I live in Fayetteville, GA, just a few miles from the Peachtree City site, and I would be able to attend the workshop. After using and loving several of her paint colors recently, I would be thrilled to meet Annie in person! Versailles is the paint color which would help me round out my ASCP color collection.
Envision a bookcase in Chateau Gray with it’s beadboard back in Henrietta. Both perhaps lightened a shade or two with one of the whites (if I win, I’ll spring for the 3rd color!) and while I’m always up for a trip to Atlanta, next week won’t work for me. (Dang!)
I am not able to attend the workshop. I love Old Ochre. My friend used this in her home and it is beautiful.
Sadly, I will not be able to attend the workshop due to financial reasons, but would absolutely LOVE to try Paris Grey!! I’ve NEVER won a giveaway and winning this one would be simply amazing!!! Hope everyone who attends has a blast……sooooo JEALOUS of ones that can attend and meet THE Annie Sloan and THE Robyn Story—2 people I would love to meet!!!
I would not be able to attend the work shop due to me living in Oklahoma but how I wish I could. I want to try the Annie Sloan Chalk Paint on many pieces in my home. I hope that she does a work shop some where close to me, maybe?
I LOVE the Paris Grey!!!
Not sure yet if I can go – I’d love to, but have to find a sitter for my boys. I’m dying to try the Duck Egg Blue and Country Grey. What an awesome giveaway!

Oooh, I would love to win and I could go to the workshop! Would love to learn how to apply the wax and what finishes I would need to be able to use it outdoors.
I would love to try Paloma!
YES! Oh, YES I CAN attend the Annie Sloan’s Workshop on March 29th in Atlanta, GA! I would love to win the ticket! I have used Duck Egg Blue and Old White. Now I want to try Graphite and Linen.
I cannot attend the workshop.
My favorite paint to try is Provence. I live in FL and have some thrift store tables in white rattan. They need updating!
