A very sweet reader in NC emailed me about their 7th annual Blueberry Festival that is held every year in Burgaw, NC. And she also sent me a copy of their blueberry cookbook, which is chock full of great recipes using at least 1 cup of blueberries, retail value $18.
The festival began back in 2004 and recipes were collected over the years. Finally, enough recipes came together to compile a cookbook with over 300 blueberry recipes.
I know many of you are berry fans also and would love to have a copy of this cookbook too, so she is graciously giving away 2 more copies to my readers. All you have to do is leave a comment telling me your favorite way to eat blueberries. If you don’t win, but would like to purchase a cookbook, you can call 910-259-9817 for all the details.
We LOVE blueberries in our family! My parents have huge bushes up at their NC house and it’s a treat to go up there and pick this time of year. In fact, we’ll be going up there very soon doing just that. Blueberries are SO good for you too, you can’t eat too many of them.
OK, leave a comment and I’ll pick 2 winners for your very own copy of the NC Blueberry Festival Cookbook.

Just one way? OMG, it’s so hard to choose. I love blueberry muffins, blueberry pie, cobbler, crisp. But I think the way I love blueberries the most is homemade blueberry preserves. Nothing like homemade preserves on my buttered english muffin in the morning.
I love all things blueberry! Pancakes and muffins, my fave!!!
Love me some blueberries. Every summer I would go blueberry picking with my grandpa in Michigan when we would visit! Thise are cherished memories. 🙂 I love blueberries in smoothies, muffins with sugar crumble, and in pancakes! What a fun give away!
We love them in a lot of things but one of my family’s favorite is lemon blueberry muffins. Thanks for a chance in your giveaway.

What a great book! We have several bushes of our own. Everyone’s favorite way to eat them…right off the bush! LOL We do like blueberry crisp though.
I love blueberries. My favorite way to eat them is in blueberry buckle…yum!
Ooh, I love blueberries, they are my absolute favorite! I love to eat them in blueberry buckle, which my husband and daughter make for my birthday each year.
Every year when we go on a beach vacation in NC, we stop at Nelson’s blueberry farm just outside New Bern and load up on fresh blueberries. So I am always looking for recipes to use up our bounty.
My two favorite ways to eat these great for you blueberries are in yogurt & mini blueberry muffins. Would love to win this cookbook to read more ways to fix these berries. Thank you for this giveaway!
My family loves blueberry pancakes!
I love blueberry muffins best. But they are wonderful on my cereal, too!
I love blueberries “fresh” and in muffins! A local farm here has a “berry ferry” (like being on a hayride) that takes you to the berries for picking! Thanks for offering this giveaway! I would love to have a blueberry cookbook!
I love blueberries in a salad… I also like them in muffins and pancakes.
Mmmm, I can just about taste blueberry muffins and pie. I just bought some yesterday so bring on a new recipe! 🙂
Blueberry Cobbler is my favorite but unfortunately it is not on my “best things to eat for weight loss list” right now – lol . . . so eating them fresh right out of the bucket is wonderful too!
Love blueberries….My favorite is blueberry muffins…My daughter just emailed me a recipe for blueberry coffeecake, sounds heavenly, I’m going to have to try it out….I would love to have a blueberry cookbook
I have a neighbor who makes the best Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake and I wish I had the recipe! Blueberry pies are quite nice too!
I hadn’t heard of this festival, so I will definitely put it on our schedule for next year. We love blueberries. My favorite way it to eat them plucked right off the bush. We have 6 small ones. But we add them to oatmeal, yogurt and just about anything. My favorite cooked way to eat them is in cobbler.
Oh yum! I eat them most mornings with my yogurt and granola! Or throw them in pancakes. I don’t think there is a wrong way to use them!
Blueberry pie…nuff said 🙂
