Zatarain’s Cajun Cooking Food Giveaway

(Giveaway is Closed)

Those fine folks at Zatarain’s are always coming up with some tasty dishes.  I’ve been cooking their rice dishes for years now and always enjoy them.   They recently sent me a package of goodies for my very own to savor and taste and you know I will enjoy that.

From Jambalaya mix

To Red Beans and Rice dip and Creole mustard (love this stuff!), you will love this package.

Here are a few recipes to share too, like King Cake cupcakes, just in case you are celebrating Mardi Gras this year.

Zatarain’s wants to give one of YOU a food package too (valued around $40), so all you have to do is leave a comment, telling me if you have tried Zatarain’s products and do you love them as much as I do?  These are a few of the items you’ll receive straight from Zatarain’s.

Check out Chef John Besh’s video for some extra fun Creole cooking ideas too!

Do tell?!

To be perfectly honest, I am not a fan. But my DH is a major fan and I buy the red beans & rice and the black beans & rice mixes. So it is such an easy dinner for me to make for him, I just slice up and cook some ring sausage and then add a boxed mix. Tada – dinner is served (for him at least – 🙂

If I was lucky enough to win the prize, I would stick a bow on it and my birthday shopping for my husband for the year would be done (because I’m generous that way).

Haven’t used Zatarains in a few years. Always enjoyed the Jambalaya. They’ve obviously added some items. Will have to check it out.

Yes, I love Zatarain products! I especially like their Dirty Rice mix, but I use them all on a regular basis! By the way I am still loving your blog, Rhoda, and I have enjoyed seeing New Orleans through your camera. Good luck on your future adventures!

Oh, yeay! Zataran’s. I love their beans and rice mixes especially, but I’ve branched out. In addition to other products, I recently discovered their wonderfully “piquant” cayenne pepper. I’d really like to win this giveaway.

    Thanks,

    Mo

I love Zatarain’s products. I bough a package of their Long Grain and Wild Rice today when I was shopping at WalMart. Also, I would like to make those cupcakes and not tell anyone ( so I don’t have to share) and eat them all. I won’t but I’d like to.

Even though we grew up and live in Seattle, way far away from Zatarains/New Orleans; our family loves the Zatarain products. Zatarain Jambalya with some locally produced Andouille sausage is a favorite meal. I wish there was a wider selection of Zatarain items available here so we could try more of them.
